Privacy policy.
Your names and favorites
Name generation runs in your browser. We do not send the name or word you type to a name-generation server. Favorites are stored in your browser’s local storage on this device. Use Clear saved names or your browser settings to remove them. Downloaded shortlists are files you control.
Optional Google sign-in
If you choose to sign in with Google, we store your verified email address, Google account identifier and account creation date in Cloudflare D1. Essential secure cookies keep you signed in for up to 30 days and protect the sign-in process for up to 10 minutes. Google access tokens are used only to verify your identity and are not retained. Signing out revokes the current session. Your saved names remain on this device and are not uploaded to your account. To request deletion of your account data, email hello@rappernamegenerator.com.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare delivers this website. Network requests may involve technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and security logs. This is separate from the optional analytics described below.
Optional analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as generating, saving, copying, and downloading names. We use Microsoft Clarity for interaction insights, such as where visitors click or encounter problems. We do not intentionally send your typed words or generated names as analytics event parameters. Name input and result areas are marked for masking in Clarity.
Analytics is disabled until you choose Allow analytics. You can change that choice using Analytics settings in the footer. We store your preference locally. When you turn analytics off, we stop loading the scripts on the next page load and remove the analytics cookies we can access. Provider privacy policies: Google and Microsoft.
External searches
Spotify, YouTube, and Google links open an external search for the selected name. That provider receives the search when you open the link. Its own terms and privacy policy apply.
Contact messages
If you email us, we receive the address and information you include so we can respond. Do not send sensitive personal information. We do not sell contact messages or your generated-name inputs.
Questions or requests
Contact hello@rappernamegenerator.com about privacy questions or information you have sent us. This policy may change as the service evolves; the update date appears above.
